I imagine Fox's tongue would be quite wet and perhaps a little raspy, while Falco's tongue would be quite narrow for really getting in between those toes, though both being rather unbearably ticklish for the unfortunate Wolf. Combine that with Fox's sharp claws and the application of the hairbrush and I think Wolf will have been broken at this point.
As they're concentrating on ticklish licking though, Fox and Falco can't really interrogate Wolf at the moment though I think it's more about tickling him to death at this point.
