Yes, we can split the payment, but only into two equal parts. It might work like this:
First, I get the first part of the amount from you, make a sketch, we make edits if necessary. Once the sketch is approved, I will make a line and fill it with the basic colors and show it to you again. After that, I will suspend work until I receive the second installment from you. After receiving it, I will continue to work until the end
