Sometimes what was put inside was for a VERY good reason. Yes it IS that powerful, dangerous, and merciless a weapon. No, it doesn't mean that it wants to work for you. It could have it's own agenda or be just as dangerous to the user as well as the target.

The Nepeta Empire, for legal reasons, must emphasize that they are not in any way associated with or aware of the Ctarl-Ctarl Empire and any similarities between Zarisha Nepeta and Aisha Clan-Clan are purely coincidental. After all, they are different people so even if they were exactly identical to each other that wouldn't be any breach of copyright as you can't copyright a person.
Really, the Great Cataria Empire is overall confused as to how any legal issues arose when, like, they have nothing to do with the Ctarl-Ctarl and don't even really look like them. I mean, they're space werewolves, we're space cats, not hard to figure out which is which.
I mean, yeah, Aisha Clan-Clan is very cat-like in, like, a weird way, but she's still a werewolf. Look at that beast form, that doesn't even look like a cat. The Great Nepeta Empire, now our beast form looks like a fucking cat, no doubt about it. You'll see, totally different.
