Harpy 2: Phoenix Type. Code Named: Yukimaru (Yuki for short)
A heavy assault type, Yuki is an upgraded Mitsubishi/Draconis TA-10 Phoenix assault fighter. Borrowing the tank-killer concept from the A-10 Warthog, Phoenix types were built as a counter for the JSDF to protect themselves from North Korea and China during the heated conflicts in the late 2040s after Japan was allowed to rearm. Squadrons of Phoenix types were responsible for intercepting hundreds of ballistic missiles after their nuclear payloads were rendered inert thanks to N-Array technology, and staved off several invasion attempts via sea and air from China. Thanks to their heavy weapons, they also made short work of the few tanks that actually made landfall. Phoenix Techs are always on a defensive mode, and will not attack until fired upon first, situation depending.
The frame nominated for the Harpy squadron is a veteran of the previously mentioned conflict, a soft spoken and kind Yukimaru. Though loud on the battlefield either due to her armament or engines, she rarely talks off duty due to her shyness and upbringing. She enjoys the company of the other Draconis unit, Shizune, and occasionally has tea with the Kitsune frame.
Designated as the ranged support unit, Yuki was upgraded with not only extra armor and more powerful engines, but given a pair of hand mounted triple barrel Phalanx cannons which can also mount on her shoulders. She can also mount up to 6 weapon pylons and carries a large field knife for short range engagements, though she really dislikes getting up close and personal. Due to her larger frame, she needed a larger generator housing which increases her bust size, much to the dismay of her smaller teammates, though she is embarrassed about the enhancements as well. Even with the enhanced generator, she is the slowest of the three, though the toughest to take down.

you do realize that Yuki is Japanese for the word "snow" and Maru has many derivitive translations, such as "beloved of one's mother" or the numerical term "zero", right? for all intents and purpouses, you kinda gave her a maverick name like "Fallout Phoenix" or the like. :P still though, very cool. love the mecha fur babes. keep up the good work.
