Another character from the Dell comics New Adventures of Pinocchio, Nick Beat. He's a crow or possibly raven encountered in a tree that Pinocchio and Chirping Cricket are led to while trying to find the Blue Faery. He's supposed to be wearing a sweater, it looks like to me, but a black sweater on black feathers is a drawing challenge and even Dell's artists seem to have forgotten it half the time.
