Well, darlin' nobody's perfect. Hell, we're just humans. We aint meant to be perfect. Do we strive to be perfect, you bet we do! But still, we will never reach that level. But dammit you can give it hell. And in the end, you're still gonna be as messed up as the rest of us. Just remember, you have a family in real life to lean on, and a family and friends here to talk to. Like I say, when you need somebody to lean on, a shoulder to cry on, or just a generous ear, just remember: Elijah is always here for ya.

This is a good drawing that displays a lot of emotion. I think we have all felt that way at one time or another with our love.... They say we are so perfect, but we are so afraid they will see we are not as they had believed. A wonderful and heartfelt piece.

Xizzy, as someone who is in a similar situation, only on the other side, let me tell you this.

People do have flaws, and everyone understands that, but like phoenix said, you're perfect to the one who loves you. That doesn't mean that they're totally blind to those flaws, what is means is that they don't care, they're willing to look past them, because of the fact that they love you.

I've had this discussion with my mate before, because she says she doesn't think she's as good as I think she is, and I think that there is two parts to that: First of all, very few people tend to give themselves enough credit, most of the people I have met around here are truly great people that are unable to see how good they really are. And secondly, like I said, it's not a matter of seeing you as this pillar of perfection, people have flaws, but someone who loves you is going to be willing to look past that, just in the same way that you're willing to look past flaws in someone you love.

When someone says that the one they love is Perfect, they aren't saying those flaws don't exist, they're saying that they don't care about them, and thus, by their form of measurement, the one they love is perfect, at least, that's my take on it with how I feel about my kitty. ^^;; Honestly, a lot of the time when she brings up something that she feels is a major flaw, I just sort of shrug and say "So?" And likewise vice-versa.

So, give yourself more credit, Xizzy, you're better than you think. :3
