UPDATE 3/15/2024: Rojas's full height has now increased from 15ft to 20ft!
After several years of having many OCs I have finally tackled the long, arduous task of creating actual reference sheets for them. Some of my OCs stayed pretty much the same, some have minor adjustments, some have major rehauls of them!
These reference sheets took a VERY long time to do since each one had so many things to consider when adding them. it may have taken me a while but since I've been meaning to actually make them for quite a while now, it's good that I finally got that off my shoulders. u//u (And before anyone asks, I don't plan on taking commissions for reference sheets like these any time soon, sorry to disappoint! ^^;;)
Next on the list is my jumbo-sized red dragon demi, Rojas!
Name: Rojas
Alias: Rojas the Crimson
Species: Dragon Demi-Human
Age: 50 (Young Adult in dragon life cycle)
Height: 6.09m / 20’
Personality: Rojas is loud, arrogant and aggressive. He both fancies himself as a powerful warlord, and holds a sense of self-superiority over other living beings, but is very quick to anger if he is challenged. Due to his massive ego, he tends to have a somewhat abrasive demeanour towards dragons or similarly giant-sized beings. He also has a habit of feigning chivalry towards women, especially those who are presented to him as offerings.
Basic Lore: Rojas has inherited a sizeable horde of treasure from his late father, who was powerful dragon. Ever since he was a young dragon he believed he would grow up to be all-powerful. He leads a pretty average life for a chromatic red dragon - adding to his horde, dealing with pesky intruders to his territory, often negotiating with neighbouring villages and towns for offerings of treasures and food in return for protection from outside threats…and himself.
Trivia:
- Voice Claim: Clifford Chapin
- Rojas’ parents were both dragons - his mother had a proficiency to shapeshift into human form. However, while Rojas has inherited the humanoid appearance from his mother, he did not receive the shapeshifting abilities.
- The cloak he wears was given to him after he won an arm-wrestling contest against a passing giant.
- He is an aggressive meat-eater, as well as a man-eater. However, when it comes to sapient beings, he prefers to devour women to men.
- Despite his massive wings, he is a clumsy flyer - and will get steaming mad if pointed out to over that.
- He has taken up a hobby of rock sculpting - which mostly involves him smashing rocks together and melting them to take unusual shapes.
- Every few decades, Rojas will go into temporary state of slumber which can last a year or two. As he ages, these hibernations will last longer and longer.

Dat lorge, cocky, pissy boi. No wonder you picked Clifford as his HCVA, I can already hear him shouting angrily when other dergs piss him off.
I'm loving these new details, fam. I had no idea Rojas was such a silly flier or that he was into sculpting at all. Anything in particular he likes to sculpt? Because I kinda get the feeling he'd sculpt himself laughing boastfully at everyone else.

After seeing Bakugou's barbarian outfit I figured "That's it. He's the one who would voice him." It's perfect. <3
Rojas would absolutely be the kind who sculpts like....dragons like himself n' stuff. Of course, they would look more abstract than anything since he doesn't exactly have finesse in his craft....I'm sure any art snob would find some merit to it, lest they get singed. X3
