This is a 5 parter Jack fan comic that was kinda the prelude to the other one I did ("Wherever You Are, I Feel Love"). It's set to Art Garfunkel's song, "Bright Eyes".
I ended up reworking this concept with the new comic (you'll see why), but I still had fun making this one. Eventually I wanna do another one that sorta pulls this back into making more sense. :)
Angels swoop down from Heaven to kick Drip's heiney. One of them is a newer recruit, who goes to make sure the soul Drip was toying with is all right. He ends up recognizing a familiar face.

just to think, and imagine, how would one handle something like that? the only mortal comparison would be to a medical examiner realizing that thier wife/husband just got wheeled into the morgue thier working in...
its beautiful... in that tearjerking hopkins fashion, i would say you did the comic justice, but probably was more appropriate reworked... though one can always wish it was that easy...
