This is My first personal project of '06. I have IDEAS on where to take this, but for now, I thought this stood alone as a nice piece by itself.
A little insight into what drove this piece(for those of you who are still reading, heh heh), sometimes I just get t'thinking that I personally don'fit into any clear-cut "group." I'm too optimistic t'be Goth, I'm too young to be a biker(and like the "bike" in question, as I love My Mustang), and look at Me here on FA posting a pic of a human, heh heh.
So, with the "I stand alone," catch-phrase, I just like focusing on individuallity and more celebrating than brooding, the fact that I don'fit into any one group or class, heh.

I'd like t'think any drawing I've done of the real Me looks pretty accurate of the real Me. It is because of that I made it a point of not having any rl pics of M'self up. I'm not self-concious, or the like, quite the oposite really, heh heh, but I'd like t'think My art speaks for who I am, and rather that be the focus of what people come and see, not what I really look like, heh heh.
Of course, anyone who's asked on AIM, I've always oblidged and show a pic. After all, I go on vacation, to parties and stuff just like everyone else, heh heh. And damned if My picture doesn't get snapped occassionally, heh.

Ya know.. I've narrowed down the reason why I love your style as a whole, not just the pieces in general.
It has the touch of mysterious evil, very Spawn'ish, but on a differant level. Infact, this pose (with the flowing cape and all) reminds me of this one character that looked in the same pose.. except it wasn't pulled off as.. wicked cool as this.

Hmmm so than...your bangs really flip up like that than?Because your hair looks awsome in this image.
I also like the two strands of hair that are just poking out,really gives this picture/you even more uniqueness to that "stand alone" quality :)

As I understand it, there are two types of 'goth'. There's the whiny, teenage, depressed, suicidal, shopping at Hot Topic, following the crowd, wannabe goths, and then there are the real goths, the independent thinkers who aren't pessimistic, shallow and whiny.
As far as I can judge from what little I know of you, you could be called the second type.
And what do you know? One of the defining qualities of those 'real goths' is how they 'stand alone', just as you do :)
