I made a color tutorial of the basics of lighting and color mixing n.n I think some of these concepts are largely ignored eventhough they are very intuitive and powerful!

What a cool tutorial! I learned most of this from a few lessons I once took, so I think the most interesting part of your charts is the way you show how you move on the color selector.
Being colorblind, it is always frustrating to know how colors should mix yet not really being able to do that in practice. With these easy to reference paths it's going to be way better :)
Thanks!

One thing to note as well is the more the day progresses the stronger the effects of complimentary colors saturation. If you were to paint a picture more towards the end of the day from late afternoon to evening, textures are more exaggerated because of the angled light source, oranges become more intense and so do blues. Textures in any part of the environment become more apparent as the light angles more as the sun sets so you are able to pick out sidewalk details, stonework, or any surface that has texture with more vivid detail. I read a book "Visual light for artists" By Richard Yot.
This is actually one of the most approachable explanations I've seen, at least for someone who has a decent understanding of how color/light works, but can't quite grasp the process of actually using it in the work comfortably. Never actually seen someone lay out the logic behind it this well, at least it seems to have made it click for me, thank you x3
