Slightly annoyed he has to wear them, he is part fire elemental and thus resistant to being burned, albeit the fire side not through the lineage you would expect.
The jacket stays though, cause it was the one part of the uniform he was allowed to customize. Vulcan wouldn't budge otherwise.
