Prefect, waykeeper, mother; with already too much on her hands to deal with, Nailah didn't have time for rubbish distractions below her.
Running the show isn't always the gig one might think it to be, especially when you have to deal with oracles and the arrogance of gods.
Information is indeed power and key to maneuvering around many of life's many problems, but sometimes, just sometimes, you have to get your hands dirty.
Cebron, Nailah's "faithful partner", deals with some of those matters for his mistress, away from the prying eyes of those who might interfere.
Heretics, political backstabbers and other problematic characters, nothing beats an old fashion silent disposal with the use of contract and professional blade-for-hire.
Umbra, having numerous contacts in many cities due to previous jobs, had gotten word of business which require the removal of select high profile characters.
It didn't take long to get a hold of a meeting to discuss matter with the Djinn for later favors...
1) I love Scappo's Cebron character!
2) Umbra has dealt with another Djinn before but that isn't canon.
3) Yes I have gotten permission from Scappo to get a piece with his character and he's also fine with the little side story.
