Just because this is an adult version of Tammy doesn't mean she's any less prone to having bathroom issues. alright little change your diaper first use the wipes to clean your bottom put some powder on and a clean diaper all done little tammy ready adult tammy take the messy one off wipe your bottom carefully apply some powder and a new diaper and there you go adult tammy all clean pat both their heads
