Since Telzok's father was the Verrthraaxi Ambassador to the United Federated Worlds (Formerly Terran Federation, I changed the name) he received complementary passes to the Human ran resort, Xeno-Terra. Since his father had no interest in going he gave them to him. He took his wife, Kezla with him and invited his Panthraaxian friend, Zerik Veraai to go with them. Zerik brought his wife, Paara and his son, Xaarij. Telzok and Kezla both had to sign legal forms saying they would not breath fire when on resort property. Though, they all needed to get Non-Resident Alien passes to enter Federation space. Currently the Verrthraaxi Empire and the United Federated Worlds are allies, but any sort of treaties are yet to be finalized. The Federation wants the Empire to join directly, while the Empire has no interest in doing so. The Empire had existed thousands of years before the Federation was even a dream, and the Verrathans have no interest in throwing away their government and it's traditions. So, when Telzok, Kezla, and friends arrived at the Xeno-Terra resort it made Federation News. They were the first Verrathans and Panthraaxians (also the first non-Federation citizens) to ever be out in public inside the Federation. Telzok had to deal with reporters knocking on the door to he and his wife's hotel room. He told them that if they did not want to start an interplanetary incident, that they should just let him enjoy his vacation. Not that he was really going to start a war, but it was successful in getting the reporters to back off. And he was thankful that the reporters were not allowed inside the resort itself.

Now, Xeno-Terra itself is a xeno-sociologists dream since many different species visit the resort all have different concepts on what is acceptable to wear in public. The resort's policy on swimwear is that the crotch be covered and for females, no nipples be showing. Other than that, it's fair game. The resort is partially funded by prominent xeno-sociologists of the Federation, but this isn't public information.
