Telzok and his wife, Kezla enjoy going out with friends... many of which are not even Verrathan (my anthro dragon race).
The blue Verrathan cyborg is Xeriz Zakkor and was one of Telzok's best friends since they were hatchlings.

The felines (Panthraaxians) are Zerik and Paara Veraai though they did not bring their son, Xaarij with them. Technically the planet Verratha has no minimum drinking age (a bit of alcohol is actually beneficial to the development of Verrathan hatchlings as it helps develop their flame glands which let them breath fire, the fuel source being alcohol based), but rules were agreed upon in the Empire that essentially made a minimum drinking age for non-Verrathan citizens which depended on what species they were.

An interesting thing about the Panthraaxians is that they share many words with Verratha and their current language is a hybrid of ancient Panthraaxian and modern Verrathan. Modern Panthraaxian has consonants that Verrathans are incapable of pronouncing like B, F, P, M, or W... consonants that require having lips... also Verrathans are physically capable of pronouncing C (they have the same sound in the letter S), D, and G, but these sounds aren't part of the Verrathan alphabet. The letter V is pronounced using the tongue by touching it with the top of their mouths.

The black scaled verrathan is Xunzekru, the owner/bartender of the bar. The bar is known as "xunzekru rekker" (The Verrathan alphabet has no upper or lower case) which literally translates to "dark (xun) scale (zekru) rest (rek) home (ker)" rest home meaning a place of rest or relaxation, usually meaning a restaurant rather than a home for old people... the bar serves drinks from all over the Empire and even some from outside it, though the most popular drink served is called telxo, which means blood fire. It's a drink that contains the same enzyme (a synthesized version in modern times) found within mature female Verrathan fire glands which is known to improve the strength of a Verrathan's fire-breath. However this enzyme can cause serious health problems in other races so the telxo drink is considered a controlled substance by the government barring the sale of it to non-Verrathans. Similarly any food or drink containing dairy is banned for sale to Verrathans as it could cause them intense gastrointestinal distress. Also Verrathans have a taboo against eating eggs so any food/drink item containing them is also banned from public sale on Verratha or any colony were the majority if the population is Verrathan.


The two blue aliens coming through the door are Kotakans (a species from the planet Kota, one of the worlds of the Verrthraaxi Empire) and are unnamed here as they are just random people. A part of Kotokan culture says it's in bad taste for male Kotakans to wear shirts (Kota is a very warm tropical-like planet mostly dotted with islands, some even joke about Kota being the "Empire's largest swimming pool).
