And yep! Its another character! I just cant stop sometimes! But Levin here has been in the pipe for awhile really as I use him or someone like him fairly often. For you see just like the Tenga from Power Rangers the Gazimon are something I vaugely remember from my childhood of happily watching Digimon and Pokemon whenever new episodes came out till around about season 3? If my memory serves right. Which as I'm about to discuss is something I dont belive is fully true with Levin here. But thats for later. For you see just like the Tenga after my other interests evolved and grew like those birds I often tossed Gazimon into similar 'mooks of baddies who are cute and will likely be piled up in big piles by the heros'.

Just like the Tenga they are cuties who try their best but are really just there to be adorable little punching bags for peeps to move past. A good mix of proper danger with those claws and electric zapping powers and being dopey little minions who make silly mistakes. Just like the birds! They just fit a little better fighting smaller things. Then again fighting bigger stuff makes them into an even bigger pile! Ever since the Ratonga from EQ2 I've loved my little peeps.

Anyway memory - which also led to Levins little backstory and how he ended up as he was. So, when I first started to think about Levin I remembered a Gate of Destiny in the show from the lower level angel guy in Digimon. That in my memory sucked up the monkey with the microphone and his Gazimon minions to save the day. Well! Thought I. Maybe Levin was a part of that but when he got the big succ he missed the portal and was yeeted into another one? That one then somehow ended up on 'earth' and then profit?! But after trying to look up that scene to remind myself of it I discovered that it wasn't Etemon and his Gazimon minions but instead Piedmon who was a later big baddie and a bunch of less cute Vilemon. After learning this which lead to more questions about how bad my memory really was I did some more searching and found out that Etemon, the elvis monkey, was just killed by punching him real hard with metal fists and the Gazimon that worked for him started to plan a revenge before they shrugged and went home. Which works out even better as I was worried that if the gate memory had been true that Levin seeing all of his friends sucked into a plane of existence from where they would never escape would be rather traumatizing to him. But a boss you didn't like being killed by the heros? No issue there!

Here we have Levin. Looking like a pretty normal Gazimon which he was back in the digital world with his only odd features being his different eye markings compared to the norm. Who worked as a normal mook in Etemons Dark Network complex and occasionally saw the Humans but mostly just did technical work and other menial jobs when needed. He was lucky enough to escape the big network melding that cause Etemon to become that big orb thing and then kept doing his mook job as best he could. Cause it was a living and that music was just killer! But failure after failure started to erodes Levins will to keep doing this and the beatings from the Humans and their Digimon just sped it up. So even after Etemon came back as metal he wasn't really putting his all into work anymore. Wanting something a little better for himself and the other Gazi.

A chance which finally presented itself when the new metal Etemon went the way of his former self just thankfully much more permanently this time! Many cheers and claw waving was had before the Gazi grouped up or went their solo ways to try and find something new to do. Or more likely other things to prank. Levin had decided to go it alone and it was alone he stayed as he wandered around. Scavenging the food he could and soon wishing he had gone with the group. Lonely and starting to lose hope he stumbled upon a weird Rift under a rockey overhang. And upon getting closer the Gazimon was slurped up inside and deposited in the dumpster of an old abandoned building on 'Earth' (The earth this is can always be up for debate if a future/past person or another planet dwelling person wants to poke Levin :>).

After the world stopping spinning and he had clambered out Levin found himself in an entirely new world! The old abanded building soon becoming his new home in a decent sized storage room deep in the building to keep others from finding it. Inside hes gathered a sleeping bag, pillow, food and water stores, as well as several boxes of shiny things he finds. His little snooze spot or where he can sit and recover as the building still gets electricity - and the floof can recharge if he took some punishment outside. But shortly after arriving Levin would look like this - fluffed up with wrappings around his feet for the much tougher ground here than the deserts or grasslands he was used too. This con of creete and ask fault is tough on the old claws. And the Humans he did see that were nearer his size always seemed to have some colorful bracelets on them. So he had adopted them as well to replace the aging tail bands he had from before.

So out from his little base he wanders, looking for shinies and food and maybe even a hug! But as the days turned over it started to get chilly in this new world. Which warranted a change!
