-Gifted intellect
-Natural weapons in the form of his pincers

Weaknesses:
-Slow thanks to his prosthetic leg
-No flight skills due to injured wings
-His VERY noisy metal leg makes it impossible for him to sneak up on anyone
-Scarring on his left side is very painful to touch

Personality Weaknesses: Franklin is a classic megalomaniac with a Napoleon Complex; he believes himself to be much larger and more authoritative than he actually is, has an over-inflated ego and sense of self-importance, and sees himself as the smartest and most skilled man on Earth. He will rarely admit that he has made a mistake, and will likely not hesitate to pass the blame onto someone else if something goes awry. He is commanding, overbearing, condescending, and aggressive. He has been known to lash out violently if something doesn't go his way.

Personality Strengths: Despite this, he carries himself as a true gentleman; hiding the abusive monster he is under a guise of class and elegance. He is almost always polite, authoritative, distinguished in his taste, and well-spoken. Although he's essentially a sociopathic beast, he is always trying to redeem himself and atone for the horrendous things he's done. When he is cornered and proven wrong over something, Franklin will begrudgingly admit his mistakes and apologize for it. He cares deeply for his family and country, and is regarded as a "charitable misanthrope" among those who know him. Matters of differing religious beliefs do not phase him and donates money (and occasionally time) to charity, especially around the Christmas season.

History: Born to a French mother and an English father, Franklin was one of the 14 children who came out of his mother's ootheca (a mantis egg sack). He was raised from the day he could speak as a racist, patriot, and cynic. He quickly and skillfully learned in primary school and after, eventually achieving a degree in engineering before enlisting in the Royal Army. The army noticed quickly that his intellect was wasted behind a gun, and thus they hired him as a developer for experimental weapons. Over the years, though, Franklin felt his skills were still being squandered. After he was discharged, he felt the need to begin his personal crusade to crush any opponent to Britain… starting with the United States of America. In due time, he built a small, private army, an armada of battleships and zeppelins, and even an artificial island off the coast of Egypt. He enlisted the help of people from not only the British Powers, but Egypt, Germany, and even insurgents in America, Canada, and Mexico. His dream of "Retaking the colonies" was ready to take flight; who could stop him?

-He has built clockwork automatons designed to serve tea and defend his property, but they are subject to malfunctioning and becoming unwound.
-He has also modified a number of these automatons to be worn as armored suits outfitted with various weapons.
-His cane is collapsible. The cogs aren't just for show.
-In an AU with a human cast, Franklin is 4' 10" (147.32 centimeters) tall. The definition of a Napoleon Complex.
-There is a magnet in the end of Franklin's prosthetic leg, making it possible for him to walk on some walls without having to drag it.
