well we found out why momma deer wasnt around the baby in my moms yard a lot. one day this week my mom said she saw the mommy deer and another baby walk up the hill to the back yard where the other deer is. i guess the momma deer knew this one would be safe in my moms garlic patch and was by the other one..which is much smaller but more curious then the other one. but now both babies bed down in my moms garlic while the momma deer walks around
