Ah! I love this! I think this is the first time Zeph has looked truly girly. And the background is pure win.
I'm also glad you like her hair. It's based on mine (since she's my fursona) although mine's gotten quite a bit longer than that lately. XD It still falls over my eye though, regardless of whether I want it to or not.
