Did this for an Alice in Wonderland contest on DA (http://paintedrabbit.deviantart.com/#/d2r4exj). Actually, this is a simplified version. The version I was working on had a background, but after five hours of work, it just wasn't looking good, so I scrapped it for this.

You inspired me to goto the store and buy the Tim Burton version on DVD about 30mins ago :) Watching it later tonight with

You know, I wasn't much of a fan of the Tim Burton version (my opinion, already drooping, dropped drastically with the dance at the end). I felt it really lacked character, story and anything to engage me. Having said that, I loved the designs for the Cheshire Cat, March Hare and White Rabbit.
