If you have a mutated blorp that has been approved by us (has our stamp of approval) you may add mutations. Designing mutated blorps is allowed, but highly regulated. Any mutated blorps must be brought to us immediately for stabilization (approval.) The stabilization fee is $10, and includes a stamp of approval.
