I've re-done the ice creepers I have made last time.
The old pair was very convoluted and didn't really work as well as I hoped.
This pair was made from one piece of steel (two halves of a section of thick angle iron) with the cleat portions cut with a chisel and bent at a ninety degree angle, then the ears were folded up.
These will be MUCH better to wear and much easier to take on and off.
