Another mood kinda thing I did on the first.
Didn't realize I hadn't posted it here.
Just gonna copy pasta the text from the post.
Did a bit of a depression,
despite how much I hated being in the Navy,
despite how much I fear open water,
I honestly miss being able to see clean ocean water, being able to see the raw power of it during storms.
There really is a feeling you get being out on the ocean. It's something else.
I can remember it like yesterday.
I loved to call it moon rise.
Going out on the weather deck at night and just vibe.
I often fantasized the light was a bridge I could runaway and escape everything on.
of course
as you may have heard me say many times before,
jumping into the water is near instant death.

Both sunlight and moonlight look great on water surface, and the blazing bridges they build are ones of the most beautiful pieces of God's art in my humble opinion. Even though they are not fit for walking, as you have mentioned, they are mightily inspiring to look at, and, in order to express it, one could use an epitome: the bridge of light leading human's soul to bliss and happiness when the person looks at it, allowing for some time to forget about all hardships.
Truly poetic. Thank you very much for reminding us about this beauty.
