One of many Christmas legends, the Krampus either follows or precedes Santa Claus in order to chain up and punish naughty little boys and girls. That's why the chain and the bundle of switches.
Dolores, the staff dominatrix at the famous Black Sheep House on the infamous Krupmark Island, has really thrown herself into her role as Krampus for this year. Of course, she really has her work cut out for her - there are a LOT of naughty girls and boys on Krupmark.

However, kids that had been naughty usually got a piece of coal instead of any sweets or other gifts, and it was said that these coals often resembled the faces of the really mean kids that vanished in the year before.
