The last bit of homework for Drawing for Animation and I was able to draw one of the characters from my favorite tv show of all time. I adore Motorcity. I rewatched the entirety of it this week because I got to draw the Duke and it made me so happy to watch it again - even if I also got so mad watching it because I kept getting reminded how bullshit it was that it was canceled in the first place!
Seriously, I still think of this show all the time... I have other fanart for it doodled up that I'll hopefully have time to finish for myself and not just for class.

Yeah I'm not even sure if Disney XD is still around anymore or not but it definitely seemed to have a lot of the more experimental animated shows. The tech developed for Motorcity was pretty intense. Titmouse's faceinator is amazing and it's what allowed those really intense action sequences and the pretty seamless blend of rigged and hand-drawn animation.
