I hear of heavy-duty dremel bits that can handle 14 gauge soft steel plate, and even a little thicker. Not sure where to find them, though.

You'll do better with some heavier-duty metal-working tools.

well my freind whants me help him make a *litteraly* giant blade, in specific try to create Zabuza of the mist`s blade from Naruto so something about i think within a quarter of an inch or more.
