One of my Drawtumn line art sketches has gone digital!
Aside from the outdated depiction, the toy is admittedly average at best, but one of its biggest appeals to me has always been the color scheme. These colors are all kinds of fun to work with. (Hell, I even customized a cheap Papo bootleg with these colors.)
Anywho, on the art side of things, I tried a little experiment with the line work, adding some highlights and underlighting to it to make things a bit more dynamic, rather than the lines being a solid, "static" color like I've usually done (which, I confess, is a technique I wanted to try after looking at Matt Frank's work he did for the Arrow Gamera set).
