He looks like a million dollar show dog😀

he was the first doberman to win best in show at Westminster in 1939 :) he'd only been in the US for a few weeks having been brought over from Germany ;) and all his commands had to be given in German :)

a champion show dog in germany is called a sieger but in the 1930s at the time of 3rd reich this was changed to Reichseiger so Ferry's full name and titles was Champion Reichseiger ferry von rauhfelsen of Giralda :) giralda was the name of the kennel that owned him when he came to america

Hund- I knew zat dog. He vas the groundwork ffor the American Doberman. I got to talk to him before going into ze war.
