Linework seems to be a common issue in your sprites. It looks like you're freehanding with the pencil tool. You should use the line tool instead, and use the pencil for small touchups. It'll help you avoid jaggies and make your lines way more smooth and consistent. The palette choice is good, though; nice contrast that makes things stand out and read clearly.
