Body fusion is rather easy for two regular shapeshifters like Hotep and Rémi. Linking nerves and muscles, melting bones, mixing skin and organs. The challenge comes when merging the minds, even temporarily. It's like walking on a spider string as taut as your wills above an abyss of chaos and madness.
