I'm impressed with how the trees and their shadows in the background look. The irregular texture in the tree bark is a notable part of this. The varying levels of sunlight reflecting off of the snow is also a wonderful feature. Also, the character's outfit is quite detailed. Also notable is his visible breath in the freezing cold air.

I can really feel the chill from the winter weather in this picture. The dazed look of exhaustion in the character's eyes really makes this more vivid. He's probably hungry and in need of rest after a long trek in the snowy woods.
