The Radar Laser Cannon wasn't a great toy, but at least it was seen in The Empire Strikes Back. Actually, it was seen being blown up in Empire, which is probably why Kenner built a break-apart feature into their toy version of the weapon. On second thought, 2 out of every 3 Kenner Star Wars toys was meant to "explode" in one way or another, so I guess the Radar Laser Cannon wasn't special in that respect.

something that always bothered me about that weapon emplacement was its size. the laser is that little thing in the front but because of that big dish the thing is way easier to hit and harder to armor against attack. imagine how much armor you could stack on that turret and how hard it would be to hit if it was just the cannon.
