Very good shading, but as a suggestion, you might want to have the spines that are in the neck wrap around and form a veil that's coming from the eyes. Like the bone is pouring from the eyesocket in some sort of cloth and is hardening into the bone from the spine up.
Not saying you have to, but the "horns form the eyes" thing doesn't look like it belongs in the picture from its rigid sharpness. Unless that was the point, in which case good job.
