This is completely canon. Let me start off by saying that. So I usually have a dancer on SL when I hang out with  pyrothewolf10 and  Christopherfoxman on SL where a duck sits on your head and you can dance with the duck on your head to a song called "What the Duck" and with Ado's giant ears. The duck sits perfectly between them. So when she saw Ado's ref sheet. She asked why there was no duck. She then drew this adorable little picture of Ado with his pet duck. So yeah....the giant eight foot four egyptian vanguard has a pet duck......
