I'm still in the process of retooling his story so I won't get into it here. But I will say that Heyuu and Arthur are antagonists. And also date occasionally. As for his body type, I have noted this before but he is related to Abigail (he is her son from her first husband in her past life), and the incident that mutated Heyuu also changed him, making his draconic lineage more pronounced.
