1920s era Art Deco home. This type of home is very rare here, as this was a west coast architectural style. And the style as a whole doesn't hold up to a cold northern climate. Rain penetrates the flat roof and stucco and ruins it over time if it isn't diligently cared for. But you occasionally see them still.
