As members of the Eorzean alliance breached the throne room they were greeted by the sight of several of their compatriots slain across the foot of the stairs. Cinder turned her gaze from her blade to them and gave a warm smile before lifting her glass of wine towards them. "I'd offer you some wine, but I doubt you savages would be able to truly appreciate such fine luxuries. So instead, a toast, to your alliance's failed attempt."
Fire ignited and danced along her blade and down to the floor as the doors behind them slammed shut locking them in and sealing their fates.
