Got these lovely babies yesterday!
These specific boulder opals are mined in Paroo Shire in South West Queensland, Australia, and are well known and valued for their insanely vibrant play of color. Even though most of these specimens are very small (about 1-1.5 cm, biggest ones are 2.5cm in length), even at their size the play of color is very noticeable. Absolutely overjoyed to be able to add these to my collection~
