It's honestly rather impressive that there are human doctors in your universe that know how to medically treat Umbras, a species comprised out of the same dark matter of black holes. This honestly kinda makes me proud to be a human.

Umbras aren't really made of dark matter. It's just that their flesh ans skin is so dark it absorbs all light you cast on it.
They're easy to patch up due to their regenerative abilities. Though they don't have that in this RPG game for balance reasons.
