the best satire is one that actually is a fun and cool idea. Kaiju school with Zilla as a main character would be an anime i'd watch.

She has a crush on the Kong Oranyan (Male Tsundere).
Also maybe just more slice of life stuff, like her mother and father Zillas are even bigger than her.
Or maybe she is best friends with a human girl and the shenanigans that ensue

i think will have some muscle growths and rippage, will be something fascinating in fact

No, that's a face mask. Common trope for punks in anime. In a lot of Asian cities, some people wear face masks to avoid breathing in the pollution, and some people like the aesthetic of it and wear them even if they're not asthmatic or anything. Makes for good delinquent wear because it hides your identity without attracting too much attention to the fact that you're hiding your identity.
