Tac is a character from my Cyberpunk 2020 group.
His backstory being he gained self awareness from someone tampering with his software while he was in maintenance. Supposedly, it was going to make him save people better, learn his own routes in police missions. This made him unpredictable for the enemy. This backfired however when other cops were getting annoyed with him taking a bit of spotlight, trying to make it clear robots are just machines that need to follow their command. After being attacked by his own team, something switched in him to gain more control of himself and he ran. He's been wanted by the company that manufactured him as, one of their robots running rampant doing some illegal shit makes 'em look bad.
