heh, I know, but perhaps you're not alone who may feel in the same way of self-irony in this difficult times. Anyway, ability for the self-irony at the end of 2020 is a still good option as a reaction to the life troubles. Definitely better than just depression or pretending that everything is fine.

In 2019 I specifically said 'Next year is going to be better. I'm going to get up, get out there and be active and happy and put all guilt, sadness and worry behind me.' Then 2020 came along. Now I don't dare say anything.
