Another submission I made for an Advent calendar event in the 4chan Zootopia thread. The theme for the 16th of December was 'reindeer', so I imagined Nick at a ZPD Christmas party sharing a laugh with Detective Fournier. Maurice Fournier is an ancient thread character who, akin to every background character in Star Wars, was given an extensive backstory by the fandom despite appearing out of focus in the movie for less than three seconds. Through the help of fanfiction and fanart, he was given the character of a hard-boiled homicide/arson detective.
