As Christmas came to a close, the white vulpine took a moment to detach herself from the indoor racket. While she appreciated after-parties, she never appreciated the alcohol or the extensive overnight partying the others were accustomed to. Casting her luminous eyes over to the black sky above her, she had realized: it was snowing. Paris hadn't seen those glorious white flakes in a long time. Dare she say, she hadn't seen snow since childhood. Back when times were simpler; when she only had to worry about adding numbers and eating her vegetables. Not finding a romantic partner so she wouldn't have to die alone. Amongst the chaos that was the year she had, the snow provided this mysterious sensation of euphoria. She felt at peace with herself for the first time in a while. No distractions, and no worries, just the beautiful snow and a cup of hot chocolate. Just like momma used to make.
