How unfortunate, it seems "someone" has stolen the Star Rod and is using it for nefarious purposes!
Purposes such as creating a new Koopa Kingdom, where pretty soon all will know the joy of having a cute colourful shell...
It's okay for you though, working for royalty has it's perks! Just hope you don't get sent out to patrol the perimeter of the castle, I hear strange plumbers like to stomp on us poor defenseless koopa folk!

Just let loose a little for fun in stream, ended up becoming more complex than I thought it would but it was all one sitting so not terribly complex.
