You say it's dull, but I like reading every single page. This one even helped cooldown my impression on how Marellis played his cards (even though 2021 will be the year that Marellis loses all of its grasp on Star) plus things could have turn for the worst if you didn't reassure us that Star's situation will improve.
Keep the good work out there, kitten.
P.S: Here's the star Misty owed you ;3 *boop*⭐

She will go through some hardship, but I forsee a tide turning. Although I'm not sure why she doesn't report him fir harassment. I do believe that regardless of military branch or country, hazing is a big no no and that's a fast track to get your stripes stripped.
But I am quite enjoying this. Happy to contribute to this comic. Keep up the outstanding work.

I see you took a massive turn. To lower the stress levels of your viewers. I just wanted to say thank you so mutch iv bin stressing over how she was going to deal with marellis but I still for see lots of stress especially when it comes time for her to be back in the nappy. I think marellis will allow her to die her hair back but if she dose I think the people will only think of her as the base baby. And treat her as such and that way she will have to look even more professional to keep people from truly finding out or marellis is never going to let her go and find a way to keep her under his paw. Sorry for the long winded and poorly punctuated story but thats my two cents plz keep writing and posting I love this comic
Well, I kinda knew that it was well written in advance, but from 2013!? You definitely know the way to draw your path, then colouring it for our entertainment (and patreon fans who are always 2 pages ahead from these free pages). Can't wait to see how many levels of wrong Marellis is going to be in when facing Martin and his helping hands X3
So I am super invested and look forward to the next page, but it's in a weird way where I can't help but feel bad while reading because Star's being abused so badly in this arc. I am experiencing cognitive dissonance where I want to keep reading while simultaneously I don't want to turn the page because I don't want to see her suffer more.
In case you can't tell I mean all of this as praise

Something tells me it's not going to be an in and out. As a fellow man of science like Trebor. Can confirm a lot of stuff can go wrong or get weird in less then 3 minutes. Here is to hoping Star doesn't come out as a penguin or something depending if Trebor is a scientist or a mad scientist. o_o
Ahhh... got to enjoy the build ups to the little moments!
I know between the holidays and Shine and the reeboot comic of Gem that a lot has been going on, but I’ve noticed a lack of the Cotten Tail nursery panels. Something happened behind the scenes or did I miss an update on one of the posts? Lol

I want to say I feel bad for her but at this pint she's neglected the DOZENS of confidential resources available to military service members that are in place specific for tricky situations like this. So if she continues to IGNORE those resources then I'll only see her as pathetic.
" UCMJ(Uniform Code of Military Justice)[ie. Military Law] Article 127: Extortion
A service member of the United States Armed Forces who, with intent to secure some leverage or item of value, threatens another person with force, with the release of secrets, or by any other means, may face conviction and sentencing under Article 127 of the UCMJ. Mere threats may not seem like a justifiable cause for harsh punishment, but the U.S. Military doesn’t see it that way. Should you be convicted, you will almost certainly face:
A prison sentence which could cost you years and leave you playing catchup in the civilian world for the rest of your life.
A dishonorable discharge from the military, including the loss of all rank and position. You will never mention your military career again. Your reputation as a service member will be shattered.
Your security may be taken from you. Your salary, your retirement, and your healthcare will disappear as if they never existed."
Service members serve their country honorably and at great cost, and those repaid with accusations of extortion deserve better. They deserve a fighting chance.

It really doesn't work like that here. A lot of complaint only end up making things either worse or change nothing. And that's just normal harassment not even with a weird kink thrown into the mix

I've heard that the reality for U.S. service members can get just as bad, despite the on-paper protections. I imagine the UK has similar rules, but actual enforcement of them...
And then there's the wrinkle that IRL Star pointed out: the kink. Even if the higher-ups took her side in the complaint, Star would end up outed to them and possibly others in the process of pursuing it. That's a wrinkle a lot of people have failed to consider.

The United States military is actually really good about things regarding extortion sexual harassment and similar things. Even if it's kink related.
It used to not be as good a couple years back. But it's definitely changed, and they're far more than vindictive against those kind of things. When they say they have a zero tolerance policy they mean it.
Something is simple as a racial slur almost got one of my coworkers discharged from the military entirely.

Interesting that Trebor will apparently be involved. I wonder how many readers are aware of why.
I'll be very interested to see how things develop with him.
And to everyone who keeps saying Star should lodge a complaint about Marellis, two things:
1. Despite what on-paper protections for service members may be in place, actual enforcement of those protections tends to be iffy. It's one of those ugly situations where the people responsible for handling complaints all too often treat the complaining as a bigger crime than the actual offense being complained about (Something I'm sure a lot of us have experienced with forum moderators ).
2. Whether they sided with Star or against her, she would still end up outed to people in the process of pursuing the complaint
