NSFW content is allowed on Twitter, they even have real porn there, hence why many Tumblr users moved there.
But I don't use Twitter much, I log in once in a while, and... I guess at some point the system deemed my actions "suspicious". What did I do? Post two drawings on the same day, like and share a few posts from other people...

Ah, I forgot to say that the real reason I had to write to the support is that in order to use my account I have to verify my phone. I need to press a button so that I have a code sent to my phone which I'd need to write on Twitter. But... it just doesn't work no matter when I try or whatever browser I use? It tells me to try again later and that's it. There's no way to get past it.
I don't use Twitter so I can't help you much, but lot of sites nowadays use verification option for users, to confirm their identity. If no browser works with that, search for the help in google or ask your friends who use Twitter too, I bet you have them and they're ready to help you :)
Also, maybe Twitter just somehow blocked your account so you just can't log in? Read their rules about blocking. If nothing works, maybe you'll need to make a new account.

Well on deviantArt I recently got caught by the real creator of the vampires I draw, and he said he doesn't like I ship them as well as I draw nsfws with them (crazy situation, eh?). This is why I decided to put less nsfws on dA and move them into FurAffintiy... and somewhere else, if I make a new account. This is why I was thinking about Twitter, Inkbunny or Newgrounds. What's your opinion about Twitter and Inkbunny, if it comes to posting nsfw art?

People accept my stuff on both sites.
On Twitter you can put up to 4 images into a single post, but you can't write much, there's a tight symbol limit.
Inkbunny allows you to put multiple images into a single submission, but it is not a place for human(oid) porn. IDK what kind of vampires you're talking about, but if they're humans or look much like that, then you can't post that there, sorry. IB also allows cub porn, you might want to blacklist related tags.
