That is pure amazing, the shading and light added to that and just the sheer beauty of it all is insane, this is by far one of the very best reshiram pics, if not the best Hally has seen thus far, just wow. Kind of makes Hally afraid to see how you'd draw Zekrom since it seems a bit darker, but this is magnificent!

That is... one of the best pictures I've ever seen! Ignoring the fact that Reshiram has to be one of my Top 10 favorite pokemon, everything is just so vivid and gorgeous.
Reshiram looks absolutely awe-inspiring and majestic as he or she should be. The lighting effect is perfect... I don't evne know how to continue commenting on this!

Reshiram has a male voice in the movie(s) it's in, but many fans prefer it to be a female. However, it seems that giving it a man's voice while appearing feminine in design suggests it's a bishounen type of character or else just androgynous/genderless like most legendaries. ^^ Giving it a woman's voice would have made it actually seem like a female, whereas giving it the male voice adds to the genderless/beautiful male quality.

Yeah but there's also this. Any legendary that has been given a voice was a male with the exception of Shaymin. For all we know, Palkia or Dialga could of had a female voice. Celebi could of had a male voice. But I'm not going to rant, I'm just saying what I believe, but what you said also does make sense.

Celebi and Victini have female voices even though they don't speak words, and Mesprit is female in the manga. I know if they wanted all talking legendaries to be male, Shaymin would have been too, so she's kind of proof they do make females when they want. They also went with the plot of Reshi/Zek being the same soul in half because both were voiced by the same man.

I suppose there's all of that. I could just try to argue but there'd be no point for this scenario.

I only said he or she because of how the community feels.

I'm also sorry if it seemed I was trying to argue too much, I realize now it sounded that way. I'm sorry if anything sounded rude. I just don't like how so many people try to insist the official Reshiram is female, or that the company ruined it by making it sound male, because neither are true. If people think it has to be female because it's feminine then they haven't watched much anime or played many games. Just look at all the bishounens in so many things. Most Final Fantasy guys, Bleach guys, Fire Emblem guys, Dynastay Warriors, the lists are endless. I fully support the fandom making female Reshiram characters of their own; of course that's the joy of fandom, anything can be however you make it. But saying an official character isn't how the company intended it to be is just immature in my opinion, that's all. Another good example is Virizion; most fans think it's female, but it's based on Aramis, one of the male musketeers, so of course that whole Poke trio has male voices.

And thanks, I try not to act like I know something if I can't back up the point with any facts. ^^;

You weren't rude in the slightest. When an arugement is valid, I can ejoy it without having to make comments, under my breath or otherwise, about how misguided the other person is.

Also, as a fan of many animes I can completely agree with the femenine looking males point.

There's always the one thing that makes me definatly unsure of what Reshiram's sex is... the "boob" fur and the odd fur at it's crotch. It makes it VERY hard to make a decision.
But again, fan based Reshiram can be whatever it is, I'm not going to delcare thatit HAS to be male or female. I sadly haven't seen the movie yet because I'm a lazy person XP.

I don't see its chest as boobs, but more like fur poking out of an open cape or trenchcoat which in ways its neck and body design resemble (to the folks who see it as male) and as you said, its long crotch looks the opposite of female xD However I know it's probably only there because its tail is an afterburner/jet engine and the way it connects directly to the crotch front suggests it's part of the jet plane design aspecrs ( landing gear or some such, no joke)
Another reaspn I don't see Resh as female is because Kyurem is decidedly male/no gender and when it fuses with Resh for White Kyurem it kinda doesn't turn randomly female. xD

I'm glad you enjoyed this as well. Sadly human nature just makes people attack those who don't agree with them because it's "different" or they see it as a threat to their existance somehow... If you're not with them you're against them as it were.
Either way, opinions will always be opinions and we can hope most people will stay civilized when it comes to discussing or argueing over stuff, even if it's a pointless arguement. We can agree to disagree and the rest of us can return to loving your art XP

Indeed. People may hate that it has a male voice but that doesn't change it. I guess they feel that bashing it makes it female. Somehow.
