On the eighteenth day of Giftmas, Nattie gave to Excal
Now, a fewwww of you may know him already, though I feel perhaps most who follow my art won't. But Excal is a friend of mine for a fair chunk of this year and I already feel rather close personally. I am certainly trusting of him. Heck, without him these Giftmas pieces probably wouldn't have been able to be made, seeing that he is the one who got me my new mouse this year. (It's a very lovely mouse btw and I am still very appreciative of owning it thanks to him~)
So in large part due to him, most of you have been getting your lil Giftmas pieces~ But yes, aside that he is also a streamer on the twitch and the like. He is a very energetic and wild protogen who seems to have no bounds. I can hardly describe his essence and aura but in a word, wild.
I have also had the pleasure to play some minecraft with him earlier this year (something I would love to do more of, many games are funner with friends, for me~) Oh my lord, his energy is wild. He wants to go here, then go here, then he's zipping off and falling in a ravine. How does he have this much energy? The world may never know. But he is a blast to voice chat with and to game with. Juuust don't get on his bad side or he will blast ya in some Destiny 2 :P
He is also a deeply caring individual, in my eyes and I can see lots of things trouble him, even if he doesn't let those show. I do care for him and wish him the best with all things considering. He is always allowed to vent to me if he so desires. I may not be good at the advice portion of things, but I certainly offer these big floppy mouse ears at any time. I care for him, he's a sweet, if wild, bean. He's got many others too who do care for him, he's got some great friends around him and he most certainly deserves it. I also know I may not be a friend for as long as others he's had, but I do feel a certain closeness to our friendship already. He's been very easy to talk with and get to know. He's a seemingly outward person for the most part and has a very lovely friendly side to him which is a very good thing to see.
I know not how he will react to this piece or any of the things I say about him, but I hope he knows he is very much cared for.
But yes, I do hope he enjoys this piece. I have never once drawn a protogen before, so this was yet another first time draw (wow, two days in a row) So I hooope it looks right to him.
But blep, I tried my best, and I find it to be adorable personally~ Lil Mousie peeking out of the top of Excal's holiday hat as they both have a lovely walk through a snowy forest~ :3
