Being both in office work type jobs, they tend to pass each other every so often in coffee shops or office supply stores.

However, Natalie sometimes taking a more active role in managing deals, has tried to use her powers of possession on Zinaida. It didn't work, leading to what could be described as a "Blackmail Stalemate".

Natalie knows Zinaida isn't "normal", and very likely a construct like she herself is, meaning she has had to do some under the table stuff to get her business, lying about her past and where she gets her money from. Meanwhile, Zinaida knows Natalie can possess others, forcing them to sign off on deals. While Natalie is a known "reformed" criminal, those acts would certainly lead one to believe otherwise.

Knowing about this stalemate, they keep it to themselves, making snide comments on occasion to each other. But, strangely enough, they do have a good deal in common, and they do respect each other (especially since in an actual fight neither of them can beat the other definitively).
